Local musicians remember William Singer IV in song

 Last week was an incredible week for punk rock and metal music.

 I only caught a couple of them.

 Most of the punk and metal community was at the Slice, Friday, June 14 for an off the hook tribute to Will Singer IV, the former frontman of popular local garage rock band Chief Mountain, who passed away way too young, Nov. 11 2021. I arrived as F.O.D, a sort of local punk rock supergroup including members of Berserker, Sessions, Chief Mountain and Space Wolves were playing  a set consisting of Green Day’s landmark 1994 album ‘Dookie’ from front to back.

 They did a solid job of it with Jon Vornbro…
